Well if they actually played well known music instead of this new sh-t constantly it wouldn’t be a problem. I hope you read this high up
Macys is a woke company and the blacks like loud music.
OMG I'm sick and tired of the loud music too. Management said the big wigs came through our store and asked why the music wasn't louder. So I guess we all have to go deaf now. Between that and the stupid credit announcements other Theatro my ears are ringing by the end of the night.

find out where the equipment is and turn it down. I did.
I guess there are company standards how loud the music is to be. We turn ours down when the big wigs leave because customers can't hear us and we have to yell at them because it's to loud.
