Please, no more re-orgs or Job Centre. I’m getting busy with it all and I’m not at all efficient anymore. It’s not a great place to be and nobody listens no more.

I demand a reirganization every 6 months or possibly even quarterly. That would accelerate exponentially the change and we all know that change is always a good thing, right? Plus every reorg we make money by streamlining. So why don't we do it more often?

Time to Re-imagine the last re-organisation as only we know how...with a strongly worded PowerPoint Presentation that even Co-Pilot can't fathom.
