Notice how some people can always stay close to 200% of their goal that month when the rest are at 70-85%. It’s so annoying that brown nosing will let a manager sc--w over the rest of the team by funneling all the work to their favorites /friends.

USA is run by ignorant brown nosers who “took a knee” to chump and have to praise him at mtgs.
I make it a point to be on my manager’s good side. It makes it easier to undermine my competitors.
Duh.
Managers also funnel all the money for raises and bonuses to their pets. Nothing “merit” based in the current system except for rewarding the su-k ups who do the least work and still perform badly.
