Current AI chatbots etc are woefully inadequate so assume they will need to be drastically improved before a sledgehammer is taken to those teams....who knows though. At the end of the day we are all just a line on a spreadsheet.
AI to replace all staff by Q2. AI will even replace the CEO by Q3 2026 after he automates himself out of a job and golden parachutes out. Soon all D&B customers will even be AI. Better learn AI fast!
All customer success staff? Seems a bit aggressive for them to be able to do that without building the proper AI agents/LMM/models to enable that in the future. where is your knowledge from? Somewhere credible?
