Let us be honest... Walgreens experience on your resume is not a positive in the job market.
If you had a business would you hire a Walgreen's employee? First question I would a Walgreen's employee is why did you apply and want to work at Walgreen's and 2nd question is why are you looking to leave walgreens. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Started applying for job 3 weeks go, no response at all.
It took me 2 years, basically since the first big 500 ppl lay off. I had offers during the 2 years but was waiting for something that was a good fit for me. I just left and I’m so happy.
It's a bad market but it never hurts to have trusted friend mock interview or review your resume. I just went thru my resume and did a scrub on all Walgreens specific jargon on it and there was quite a bit.
I'm at 600+. Plenty of interviews, always rejections. Makes me wonder if I'm bad at my job or the selling of my skills.
VERY difficult. Jobs have had 100+ applicants, I’ve been trying for years.
