ANZA has deleted many working staff via redundancy due to the excuse that there is no work forecast.
Will any of the leadership team or line managers be removed ?
If there is no work, why are account managers and sales executives needed ?
Should ANZA stop sending executives to junkets such as Mobile World Congress and Telecommunications Industry Excellence Awards ?
Mobile World Congress and industry award ceremonies are certainly not merely junkets.
These very special events allow us to showcase our strategic products and to be recognized for our fantastic contributions to society.
Attendance also gives us something to spruik about on our LinkedIn profiles.
As leaders, we make great sacrifices to attend these auspicious functions.
It is completely appropriate for some of us to travel in business class - or even first class, due to the duration of the flight and our contribution to the success of the business!
