Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Written in Blood

Twenty five years ago I was handed a large binder of rules my first day of work on the Union Pacific. Written in Blood he tells me. I was confused. All these years later I’ve seen the blood firsthand. Even those that have been blessed and not touched directly by a workplace tragedy, every one is an ear witness. It’s a small ecosystem and news travels fast. How many more chapters is this company preparing to write in blood? I challenge this new status quo. Let’s challenge this together. Honor the day we chose to write our next chapter. Not in blood but in faith and solidarity to one another. Love and respect to you all.

Aside from the prophecy of executive railroading, what's your point? The BS going on at the RR's, is going to continue until the ones in charge are forced to answer for the problems. You're question should be directed to the ones running the company.

The GCOR is only followed by the carriers when it fits the agenda.
