Truthful comments solve problems. Businesses who spent time zapping away the truth only cheat themselves. Be open to both negative and positive views.

I came from the peer that Maryann stated was changing because of crisis and wants to keep in the rear-view mirror. This board has nothing on it compared to that place or ConocoPhillps.
It’s cyclical here, just like the oil patch. When things are quiet it usually means nothing dramatic has happened… yet. Most folks are either buried in work, or on days off tying to forget about it. Give it a bit, something always kicks off or the market sneezes and the posts start rolling again.
