I was one of the people who worked 7 day weeks for Kroger during COVID, only to find out, on Thanksgiving, that I no longer had a job.
So it brings me great joy to watch Rodney squirm, exactly two years later, in front of Senator Tom Cotton.
After the incredibly unethical way they handled "transformation", I have zero sympathy for that entire C-suite.
And by the way, I have a much better job now. Much better pay, much better work-life balance. And I no longer shop at Kroger. So, yeah, thanks for "Transforming" me out of that he-l ho-e Kroger.
And I no longer shop at Kroger either.

I just looked at some companies and many of them have just a few posts. That tells me they are most likely "the greener pastures" everybody keeps talking about. Check Costco, for example.
Why is it on every post for every company on this site the new job is always-
more pay, better work life balance, better job and better culture?
But every company on this site is a 'run away as fast as your can' according the people that work there.
