Kevin, Kyle and Rich....all super long time TIers. Understood the business and the people. Their successors never went thru the dark years of the mid 90's ( memory/DRAM) . Nursed it back after dot.com surge with growth of DSP.....smart enough not chase Moore's Law and moved to Analog emphasis. So glad I got to get out not too long ago under my terms with early retirement .......2023 and 2024 were getting tough. Newbeis in both middle and upper mgmt wouldn't even listen to those that had seen all these cycles and market influences before. Lot of middle mgmt brought in from outside in last 10 years were good for just making Powerpoints....never wanted to dig into the details and learn first hand how things work.....yet alone study situations for avenues for improvement......just said make it better by the quarter end and do so without a budget or extra labor.
