200mm hit hard this quarter, 300mm will get a reorg in Q4. For those that survived, don’t get too comfortable. Plan was always a 2 phase reduction and reorg.

If 300mm is "hit" the way 200mm was hit, then the company will go bankrupt.
They can’t build fabs in India they would never meet clean room standards.
