This is all disheartening. There are terrible managers who should’ve been let go, but instead hardworking and honest people are laid off. These decisions were made because of poor leadership to begin with, who holds managers and senior execs accountable?

I don’t know how they think morale will improve
I'm sure the Elliott group had some influence on this.
I think you should have lost trust in leadership a while ago when all of the quarterly meetings were all like “this isn’t where we want to be” and “we need to do better” and you would always see the different business units in the red. Quarter after quarter after quarter.
