CSG business down 17% so expect at least 10% layoffs there . ISG maybe around 5%

Yes, but that’s a truism for every January at Dell, even in good years. The names are already picked, not a thing you can do about it. If you get laid off, it’ll be ok, it’s just a job.
Yes I think they have to be. Demand is soft and getting softer and lots of other tech companies have done layoffs
