That was a confusing call and it said nothing. Who is being let go, how many people, is it only REL? This is stressful
Two bs 15 minute calls that said nothing other than calling us status quo while we overperform without resources! I had hope when they brought in Smith but he must not be paying attention to Mortgage because this group of clowns has no idea how to lead a team. When rates drop and they need us they will wish that they hadn’t left us in the hands of the totally inept because we will all leave. With Lisa kicked to the curb who’s going to do Jeremys job for him now?
Just had a 15 minute phone call that was nothing but a bunch of BS and word salad. No listing of who lost their job or how it will affect us
