Don't celebrate it too early. You will be let go before the first year anniversary of your RSU vests. This happened to me. For a company that nickels-and-dimes its employees, you best luck is to get out of there as early as you can. Then don't forget to milk the company as much as you can before you go.
RTP G12 1.3 ipf, 4.5% merit, 40k stock.
same one here and little merit increase + some RSUs. It is fair/OK ish but not exciting compared to the much higher IPFs I had in previous years. Leaders comps should come from a seperate budget otherwise the excuse is that top ICs are not getting fairly compensated which cuts the funds for leaders. It is what it is 🙄

I've had the same at Cisco for years...for effort that would get me fired anywhere else.
I don't even see how it is possible to get under 1 unless someone invents the concept of "negative work".
