I heard that 2% of the workforce was laid off today. Prayers to those impacted.

What kind of severance provided?
It was an even mix of Director, Managers, and other roles. About ~70 employees.
There are reports that another round is set to occur so prayers for the Q2 remaining employees. These are tough times.
There were people let go from top to bottom of the food chain. Meeting, immediate access removal, severance pay (thank God for that), and good luck on the search for new opportunities.
Was it mostly mgt level folks?
I heard closer to 1% and I know one of the people that was affected so far but haven't heard of any others yet
