@e2 I agree, they have had rolling smaller RIFs between the larger ones.
HR teams directed by the C-Suite Erin will suggest big cuts and direct folks down the line to name tributes. 2026 capital plans in review and company will cut x% off the bottom and lay off the teams that sent in small stuff.
