I know many of them have managers who are located in other parts of the world. Do these people have special privileges not to RTO if their manager no concern for them to continue to WFH? Anybody monitoring them?

Swipes are counted at a per person level (and soon to add badge out per person).
Then aggregated to a per group level for reporting.
First thing will happen is that group seen to be below the goal ie 90% or whatever is set.
So next thing that happens is to get the individual data within that group to figure out where the non compliance is and actions taken.
So funny people thinking info will only be kept at group level.
@bj they only collect the number of ppl in office per day. don't think they collect the number of hours an employee in office per day
instead, of spamming, will just answer:) i am on a team like that. we still have rto, but a bit more flexible. keep in mind that in all geos, badge swipe data is being collected with this rto. not sure what they will do with it,
but it is being collected.
those people are more flexible. they don't have local managers to monitor them. yeah .. special privileges
The intelligence of Intel employees has degraded with kindnof stupid question. RTO is RTO doesn’t matter where your manager is located.
And will be tracked at multiple levels.
Didn’t read the memo?
