Not sure of any advance notice posted on this site but it is definitely happening now. Just heard from 3 employees directly impacted in his org. There already aren’t enough people to do the work as it is.

@b0 met him years ago. Was very uninterested and really didn’t make good decisions. Perfect person to get promoted I guess.
I can't believe Phil McCoy still works here. I guess having no shame helps.
Perhaps people on these teams can just work late.
