True HiPo is 38+
CL34 is not HiPo
Look at their profile on career connect. If they have yearly job changes of increasing responsibilities/visibility/variability they are most likely a hipo.
Basically on the fast track through the company to observe many facets yet contribute nothing.
Is CL34 hippo?

Can someone shed some light on how exactly these "labeled" HIPOs but otherwise operationally, functionally, and morally failed individuals are protected? It must be a great scammy system. I mean how do they do unpunished for none to mediocre at best work, if that. How 🤔 ❓️ These are the same id--ts making id--tic, egoistic, I did it all, and hollow pridy type posts on LinkedInd
The one on my team has horrible behaviors and refuses to do work. Was still given O rank. Disgusting

I do not think it is realistic to think you can pick out someone who is in their early 20’s and say that is an executive right there. The whole system is stupid. Then again it doesn’t matter much now since the company is going to outside General Motors hires and such. Not to mention the continuous pandering to India means they will have to show some Indian Executives soon.
PSMS is a tactic to make everything non-stewardable. Then EM has a clean safety record.

They can do no wrong. One has had several saftey incidents that were covered up and has now been promoted. One sits down and draws all day and watches movies on their phone. This employee was also promoted. It us demotivating and insulting to see and experience this kind of treatment.
