last years packages for germany were capped at i think 350k and i guess france with even more sticter laws, they have to open the wallet further
@ac France and Germany are the most unionised countries in Europe. Also, in many EU countries unions presence in big companies is legally compulsory.
@ba That was an entry level package for employees Who worked at least 12 months, if I remember (It happened to a young Sales in my team)

They won't be giving out $500k packages in the US lol
Two years ago the package was indeed decent.
Let see who is excluded from applying this time.

@ag There was already a plan like this two years ago, more than 300 people left with a package of at least 45,000 euros.
Better wait until things are clearer. They did not say that there is a good edit package. There is more to it that might leave sour taste in our mouths.
I did not know there was a Dell union in France.
