Why? Because both CA and VMWare acquired cr-ppy-arsed software from a bunch of clown companies that are still the rebranded stuff being sold today, so they can't sell it or keep customers enough to make profit, that simple. That's why. (the down under joke is funny, btw)...
They must love Australia...or else why are they always "down under"...
