@c5 What’s the decline rate of Guyana wells? What’s IP. Major concerns for long term production? Has sand or water become an issue?

Guyana production will continue to rise as more FPSO are installed. Plus future tie backs to older FPSO. Once Guyana hits 1.7 to 1.9 Million B/D, then decline will start. Note Declines at at the early FPSOs will be offset by new FPSOs for about the next 7 years.

We have like 3 years (that will still be pretty bumpy) before things go to absolute sh-t in Midland. The outlook is really not good.

Person commenting about Permian doesn’t understand Delaware is part of Permian? Tough decisions need to be made in the next few years. Peak 2030+ is a pipe dream. You read it here.

@b3 Trust but verify. Guyana early FPSO are seeing increased water production and reduced rates. Some wells are getting pulled hard so they can achieve the Rockefeller 666,000 bopd…topside compressor is vibrating loose due to poor structural design…Guyana peaks 2028 or sooner if an FPSO needs drydock…

How can I start a Turning Point ERG at Baytown? Saw where someone posted about starting one but I cannot find that post now. I spoke with several coworkers who are members of GOAL, WIN, BEST, PRIDE, and VAST and are interested in joining.

I would agree with the previous person’s post. 2030-2035 for the Permian/Delaware. They showed us the plans that go into the early 2030’s for the Permian/Delaware and that’s pretty much what it said. The Permian might run out a few years earlier than the Delaware. They will probably buy Mewbourne or Diamondback would be my guess.

Permian peaks in 2030-2035 time frame and production begins to decline (assuming better tech doesn’t become available). Guyana production in current block peaks in 2035-2040 time frame.
