There i said it! I put it in writing and emailed it out. It's NOT in my job description and I've never held that position..... So put in a CAP.... twist the words so when you talk to the Senior VP they quote what you said. They should be fired because 60% of the jobs can be automated and they rest moved to India.

Minimum necessary competence is just assumed and should not need to be in a job description. If you say you know how to cook, but really you only know how to put a burrito in a microwave and press buttons, then your not going to be the head chef. You will instead be given jobs that match your ability until likely replaced by a machine or someone less expensive.
I wish the shareholders could see all the HR complaints against the management that they are giving big bonuses too!!!! They might want to find another company to invest in.... hahah
