Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

A fair warning

It's about to get worse going into 2023. The reduction in lower management staff is real. The talks are on the table. A new structure is in motion. Changes are going to be catastrophic at first, like always employees will roll with it for awhile until they fold and quit. It will never get better. Good luck

It's about time the lower management gets a big fat reality check! Most of the lower management don't have a clue what they're doing anyways, and they're the number one reason why some people are in fact quitting. Someone else posted about this, and I have to agree with it. I've talked with a few people in the GLSU, and that place is overrun with management. I was told that a few of the transportation managers there are real dirt bags to the workers and the mechanical staff. I had the unfortunate honor of talking to one of those managers in the twin cities. I'm still asking myself why the RR considered him for a management position.
