Apparently all we need to do to win is fix the 'noodle' problem. Thank God we have a visionary leader like JC who figured this out.

Their actions are forcing employees to this website to vent and express their reality. They have lost the narrative to a significant degree which obviously affects morale.
How about firing all the mo--ns on that stage - Jeff, Kevin, Chris, Karen and Alex? How did the COO and 4 SVPs not know that they're failing and do nothing about it?? And their explanation was they did not talk to each other!! Are they talking now? From that stage looks like they still aren't.
Bring in some execs from HP and Lenovo and fire these mo--ns. While they do that they should fire seat warmers - Sam, Vivek and Stuart effective immediately!
We hold i7s more accountable than the bloody COO, SVPs and Presidents!!!

These guys are worth a few 100 Million dollars each. To sit there and basically blame other people is ridiculous. What a complete joke.
That town hall was a joke. It'd be one thing if JC was not the COO through all of this, came in, observed, then made these statements...but who did the head of CSG report to? He talks about how bad the org is and how he's surprised at how poorly things have been ran, but he's the bloody COO, how did he not know this before seven weeks ago? He talks about accountability, well who is holding him accountable?

I noticed they cancelled the company wide JC and MD town hall for next week. I was surprised they were holding one to begin with... they probably got their tight shirts in a bunch with the questions being submitted.
Such a motivating speech during thriving times..................
