Anyone know why they're removing the furniture from the "lounge areas" on the floors? More desks going in there or something else?

Our floor was short on desks. We're one of the only teams still hiring and need the space
Apparently they needed more space for desks
Way to many people just lounging around.
Bring in milk crates, refurnish the lounge
Someone needs to ask a manager and let everyone know the exact word for word answer. Look them in the eyes during the response, see if they straight up lie or are clueless, either is highly likely.
