Poor results, no real leadership, and ethics that seem completely absent make it hard to feel proud of my work. It’s exhausting to try and make a difference when nobody seems to give a damn about anything long term. It's all about now and how can we make it cheaper. A real solid strategy we have going on right now... /s

Stock has gone up from about 50 to about 85 from covid until beginning of 2024 then the price is choppy. I am sure that the powers that be don't like the choppy price action.
This is true. Toxic leadership right from the very top. Only care about making subordinates look stupid, even when they have THE decision making authority so they can feel better about themselves. Such low self esteem that they need to make people who work for them look stupid!
I was a 20+ year who got WFR last summer. I thought Dell had everything I needed to keep growing and supporting my family. Believe me, it's better outside at a different company. The environment you are in is more toxic than you realize, and you are probably suffering more than you realize. The job market is tough, but there are windows if you fully commit to finding something.
Long termer here and I can exactly echo this sentiment. I am so tired of the same BS, and checking my email on Sunday evening.
