I don't think so. November could be right as that will be in fiscal year 2026 for synopsys. I believe this person is assuming it will be all Ansys side which is where they got the 35% number (if it all fell on the Ansys side it would be 35% of legacy ansys employees gone). My guess on who is going (from both companies) would be a mix of HR, customer support, sales, marketing, and older employees that will be replaced with cheaper/younger counterparts.
