Compensation is discrete by design. Why do you want to discuss in the public domain?
If you feel you deserve more - do a market test and get a competing offer. This compensation voyeurism is not healthy. Instead, focus on bringing best to delight your customers, collaborate with your colleagues, learn something new, and grow.
