"hatred for its own employees" Summed up perfectly. not one senior hire the last two years has been internal. The message is old timers (except those that are named Chris or Chawky or Speeeegal or Timmy) are useless and need to leave. No, no, no, the people who set the strategy (or lack thereof) for the company are good. They're solid. It's everyone else.
