Lol TAC will be expected to cover weekends as required without getting extra pay. TAC engineers are losing their mind.

Already no pays for BICs more than 1 year in GC...
More incentive for them to push AI to replace the majority of TAC. Interesting.
Our team had a meeting with our manager and he indicated that they’ll be lowering the headcount required for staffing on weekend shifts (BIC). Therefore, they’re not getting rid of BIC pay but lowering the amount of engineers. It is better than cutting headcount overall though

I thought they were having contractors cover the weekends, those working the week just won’t work the weekends.
promotions with no extras..... now this.... you would think they are trying to make people quit.... or something like that.
