Severance offset policy

Before signing and agreeing the opt-in agreement, please make sure you fully read and understand what you are signing, particularly the part about basic severance and offset policy when you find new employment during the sev period.

@ah had 12 month payout in my contract based on the date they told me and then pushed hard for another 6 months (which i ended up getting b/c of stuff I knew that i shouldn't have known...one of the benefits of working in finance! :).

When I left last year I got an 18-month payout plus mitigation (meaning I had to tell them if I got a new job). I started my new job 6 months after I left and never told them. No way am I giving up the full Paramount severance. Just don't post your new job on LinkedIn! Be smart about it.

@a4 you should absolutely ignore that. If you want to go and give your money up sure… tell them but corporate America doesn’t care about u so just take ur money and go. Get ur new job and say nothing. They don’t look. Say it with me… they don’t look.
