Did they get rid of transformation office and the change function? Do we just send out amplify articles and call it change management?

@k8 you can see who are the L3/L4 leaders of these functions and know that they have no skills to do the work. why play games...just use copilot and get the plan y'all need. don't keep an army of change and comms folks. there is your efficiency cut right there.
Consulting terms. Transformation goes to reimagined goes to leading performance. All mean layoffs and offshoring.
The new field comms function now has control over amplify directly. Before, there was a separate publishing team that the comms function had to work through to get anything published and they started mandating rules that ki-led off any strategy for the comms function mostly by imposing arbitrary limits on the number of articles published. The problem is... That's not how news works. I'm hopeful the new control of the publishing will help with the issue of comms saying no to a lot or having to beg the amplify team for a slot and justify the case. As for chatgpt, its a tool that some rely on too much. Comms also gets a ton of pressure to use it. But in my opinion and obviously for those reading it, it produces comms that have absolutely no pulse. And change management is supposed to be about the people side of change as much or more than anything else. The answer to that is certainly not removing people from the equation.
Oh, but you can barely even get an Amplify article by ChatGPT published unless you sacrifice your first born child, so there's that, too. You need to tell people about this big thing coming up? Nope, too bad.
Great change management and comms at Jones, especially now that they eliminated a bunch of people's roles that were trying to make things better. Great job, Jones.
Lol chatgpt amplify articles are the new change mgmt function...
