@bn there’s bullying going on here too, I’d feel nuts to report it because I’d have no proof, but some of the comments seem to line up way to well.

Leadership needs to acknowledge this BS. These implied threats based on errant information are causing anxiety and hostility. At some point, someone is going to snap.
Came in most days (11 of 12 required days in August) and still got the email. Taking a vacation soon too... hope I still have a job when I come back.
The problem is, as a people leader, there is no where to go for help. No one to say “hey guy took 14 days of vacation. In those 2 months.” No clear path to stop the train.

Ya, many did. Keeps them from having to make up a reason and paperwork when they're ready to do "voluntary seperations" / layoffs

Pretty much everyone got these awful emails. Just do your 4 days now, document the days you’re remote with a reason, and don’t worry about it.
