From what i'm hearing, there will be minimal if any promotions this cycle. In December the ELT said that performance / merit based reward. Doesn't seem to be the case does it?

The pay and promotion cycle is Q1. There is no current cycle. There’s a talent assessment, but that’s not a pay and promotion cycle
Employee morale is at an all-time low. Whatever they decide doesn't matter now.
Shouldn't bonuses, etc be paid next month?
Were there any promotions done in the last (April 2025) cycle?
In my area in April, manager gave out one “Exceeds” which gave that person a little pay raise. (Wasn’t me - my manager said I’m too high in my band to get a raise in Omnissa).
I've also been told very minimal promotions this time round. Very disappointing.
