I just got a rejection after what felt like weeks of interviews. I have to admit, it’s crushing my confidence when I keep getting so close and then I end up falling short. It makes me question if I’m even doing something wrong or if it’s just the market being brutal.

HR, if anyone belongs in the bottom 10% of stack ranking, it’s you. The system you’ve enforced has destroyed collaboration and morale in what used to be one of the best companies to work for. Instead of fostering teamwork, it has pushed some employees to build walls around themselves for job security. The competent and courageous ones see through this — and they are not afraid to leave.
Hey NetApp HR or whomever at NetApps job it is posting this stuff to try and make us stay as you demand more and more and take more and more, we know its you...Our skills are in demand, your posts don't make up for the Company's actions against us to raise the stock price to benefit the execs. you are going to soon find yourself alone with your stock options and no one who actually knows how to create a product.
Well, the job market IS brutal right now. You also did not mention which team or type of position you were trying for.
Did you fail to get a job at NetApp?
Or elsewhere?
