Where is the great culture Accenture talked about? I was discriminated and treated real bad. Horrible company.

You won’t win. Talk to HR about leaving and ask for a severance so you can find something else.
You cannot and will not win a lawsuit against a company with top lawyers unless you are willing to risk your financial future. Even then there’s no guarantee.
A co worker ( at a previous employer) of mine was called names and bullied after 9/11 and we all saw. Ten of us. He got laid off and his salary got divided up among us so no one took his side. I know because we all got a 2k increase two months later.
Guess what, he sued and the company settled after a few months. His name is all over the Internet and for 24 years he was NEVER able to get another job. The 20K he settled for was gone in two months.
@as Don't raise it to HR, they work to protect the company. Get an Attorney, consult should be free, get a few, to see if you have a case and chance of winning it.
