The people who are promoted and recognized spend their time socializing with the right people. Those who are actually working will never be HiPos.

Why do these millennials expect instant rewards? Why don't you just do a good job every day, all the time, and at the end of the year, see what you get? And if you don't get the right thing, know that God is watching. He will punish the slackers. He will punish people that take advantage of you. You should feel sorry for them, not the other way around. Stop being a victim.
