Vote results: ESG was indeed below the line of doom again. So was it's similar software franchises such as AOD and IMS. Really only MSD (mainframe) and VCF are winners among software BUs.
I hope they'll start with the managers first. Support is always to blame, but we know some managers and especially directors are just sitting counting flies while pretending to work.
Another wave of layoff is coming soon.

What is CB? Would at least 50% of ICs at ESG trust their leadership teams that is sr. managers and above to execute or are ICs just cashing in your stock options and RSUs? How many layoffs are you peeps expecting this year?
