We are back to back with calls and we see a group of L2 managers posting memes and mocking each other in the chat room. L3s please make your managers work just like we are.

Whatever happened to these managers taking escalation calls?
I’ve never believed all the “meetings” they are in. Then can leave to take a kid to the doctor or pet to a vet “be right back.” BS
You guys think maybe they are trying to cheer us all up?? Their jobs are not easy either. They know we are down. They know we can not take much more of this before we snap and leave. They do what they can for us. L2s are not responsible for the He-l upper Management has thrown us into. Join into the jokes if you can.. it's a good outlet. We are all in this mess together.
I cannot speak for frontline, maybe they do have more free time, but as a specialized l2. I have no time for anything. I do 9-10 hour days and still barely get all my work done. I also eat lunch at my desk most days and semi work while eating.
I go into the chat for help and the managers dont respond. But I look at the post above mine and see the group of L2s posting their nonsense memes.
