What makes me most anxious is the fact that cuts here are rarely based on performance. I wish I wasn't right. I would feel a lot more relaxed if there was some logic when it comes to cuts, but this way it's impossible not to be worried.

Reviews in qcom are a joke. Always lower rating after u get promoted which is such A big BS.
I got affected with two years of ’ low ‘ rating . One of which was just cos of year after promotion .
Layoffs are ALWAYS based on performance! I have NEVER seen anyone let go who wore out their knee pads!
Solely based on reviews last two layoffs.
