The fact that the layoffs were announced earlier is good in the sense that some may have managed to get new jobs during this time. On the other hand, announcing layoffs without giving details and leaving employees in great uncertainty is, in my opinion, somewhat inhumane. And how is morale now? Down to zero.

Do not know what to think anymore and attending all the town halls , all hands or even hearing the quarterly earnings just isn’t going to get employees to be engaged and be a sheep …

The exercises are always around Thanksgiving and additional one before July. It's getting a bit late this round especially after record year result.
I am expecting this reduction as trend going forward so getting out sooner is better .
Problem is almost 90% of the managers and above in GF are crooks and failed guys who will keep surviving due to their political links and their a-s liking. People who will leave will be all remaining talents.
This will continue to create a place fool of junks.
