How’s the dumpster fire in Clinton going? How many older employees got targeted for the PIP this year? A truly toxic company with no integrity..

The first wave of employees moved in the summer of 2025 to Houston (mostly office-based employees). There have been quite a few NJ employees leaving the company for other careers. The annual NSI/PIP cycle is taking its toll on many Clinton employees especially PhD's.
The second wave of employees moving to Houston and Baytown is a larger group. The second wave of moves to Houston will be staggered and occur between 2026 and 2027.
@c2 The Sarnia jobs are all going to Houston. They've all been fu---d by XOM, why begrudge them milking some easy pay from the company before they are laid off? They would all rather have meaningful work to do...
How about Sarnia? People there are just sitting without any actual work and twiddling thumbs, just collecting paycheck. Go ahead and move them to BTC already, or to India.
bloodbath for older folks. some legal firm should force data from the company on ranking vs age. the statistics would be damning.
