They are always bragging about “Waters Culture, it’s a big family”. If culture is being treated like cr-p, not listened to, micro managed and poorly compensated.. Then sure there is plenty of culture.

It took them over a week to put the global town hall video up and that’s been edited from 90 to 30 mins. They usually put the whole thing up, maybe the bit with BD bosses and questions were too sensitive. Not seen the waters division town hall from Wednesday yet, wonder if that will be cut down as well
