Heard 50 people got sacked. 50% from Customer Success. Prayers with everyone impacted. Anyone know if it was both London and Dublin?

As a manager or managers, I can confirm this is GUIDANCE not strict policy! Everyone who is given an exceed must be followed by written evidence and supportive of the arguments from other managers.
In my team, 10% of the team cannot consistently exceeds their target, and there will always be 10% who not meet, even if they do the same work and have the same feedback!
