Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

I was part of RIF in 11/2024, notified on 9/2024, was i entitled to bonus that year?

Title, I signed the severance package, but I totally disregarded the fact that I worked towards AR that year, am i entitled to that pro-rated bonus?

Was talking to a current co-worker of where I work now, and he mentioned that Teradata was like this and so was his previous company (although hes going through it with an employee lawyer since they didn't pay him).

I'd be surprised if you didn't get one, look back at you paystub or bank account for Nov. I believe all those being RIFd were to receive a bonus payout

I can confirm I got a fixed yearly bonus irrespective of my performance rating I am UK BASED.

OP, you can consult a lawyer. Be quick. Many employment related lawsuit has to be within one year after the employment ended

@a1 So we were entitled to bonus then? I'm looking at HR and it says you must be actively employed, but i'll see...
