How come some people get warnings for not being in the office for 3 days but some managers work from Amsterdam with a Germany contract? This is illegal.

Hot tip….don’t bring a bag to the office, just bring your laptop….
Arrive at 10:30am (with no bag) looking like you’ve come from a meeting.
Leave the same way like you’re heading to another meeting…. No one will say diddly

3 days in the office for anyone who is not in the “protected group” :) For the protected group rules do not apply.
It could be the ‘work from anywhere’ which you can do every year. Also with short term assignments, some of which can be up to 2 years, you are also technically still on your ‘original’ German contract in the background. But it is best to write to the local HR to clarify it.
are they working in the office in AMS or from a coffee shop though...?
