Included: All full-time and regular part-time Outside Plant, Field Service B2B, Field Service
B2C, and Logistics employees employed by the Employer at its facility at 235 West Nyack Road,
West Nyack, NY, during the payroll period ending Friday, July 18, 2025.
Exluded: All other Broadband Technicians and employees, including office managers, clerical
employees, sales and consumer employees, Quality and Compliance Technicians (all levels),
Design Technicians (all levels), Access Technicians (all levels), Coordinators, guards and
supervisors as defined in the Act.
