I was fired for losing a major public sector opportunity against Appian, but the truth is the loss was not mine to own. I carried the weight of someone else’s actions, yet I was the one made the scapegoat. What’s worse, the very company we were competing against has been operating with questionable and unethical sales practices, and nobody seems willing to call it out. If this is the standard the industry accepts, then who will be the next victim? Today it’s me, tomorrow it will be someone else whose career is destroyed because accountability is dodged and integrity is ignored. I refuse to stay silent when my livelihood has been stripped away due to the failures and misconduct of others.
